When will my order arrive?
Most orders will ship the same day and arrive within 4-5 business days.  But occasionally we get behind for a day or we are backordered on a certain shirt in a certain size.  Backorders shouldn’t take more than 14 days, but some rare imports can take up to a month.  It’s rare, but it happens.

What size should I buy?
American Apparels tend to run a little small. Take a look at the American Apparel size chart (men and women).

Why do some shirts cost more?
SaltTee prints on tees from several different manufacturers, including American Apparel and Gildan, and on several different models of shirt. These shirts vary in wholesale cost to us, and the higher-quality shirts costs a little more.

What if I order the wrong size?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be returned for a $6 reshipping fee. Please email orders@saltme.com if you want to return your order.

I have a funny idea for a shirt, can I sell it to you?
Yeah, totally, just send it to us at ideas@saltme.com and if we like it we'll give you $150 and a shirt with your idea on it too!  Also, if you are a professional graphic designer we’re always hiring.  So we encourage you to send us a sample of your work and any designs you would like us to consider.  As we like to hire a variety of designers, to get a variety of styles.

So, I sent my design but I haven't heard back yet...
We go through the designs on a daily basis, so if you haven't heard back, it probably means that we're not going to be using it.
